Unfortunately, my experience at Tim's store left something to be desired. The service was slow, the attendants seemed uninterested in resolving the problem and the lack of efficiency made the situation even more frustrating. I hope the store reviews its processes to provide a more positive experience for customers.

Terrible service, employees don't care. We went to the store numerous times to change ownership, they took photos of me, my father, our documents, they asked for 24 hours to do it and when I called 1056, TIM informed me that my service hadn't even started. An extreme disregard. Why do they take photos of you and your documents and still not start your service??? Are you paid to deceive customers Tim???
I didn't know that to be well attended to I needed to wear formal clothes, an attendant looked at me from head to toe for the humble way I was
I believe that Tim needs human employees to serve humans.
Terrible service and the functions got worse!! This is the fifth time we have gone to the store to resolve a problem that was not resolved due to the incompetence of the attendant and when we got there they did not resolve it. We were treated very badly, the employee at the register was very rude and rude. If you want to be angry, you can go!!
